Live digital caricatures may be the bulk of my repertoire, but I still put down the tablet and pick up a marker and sketch paper here and there. This past weekend, I did just that when drawing traditional caricatures at a wedding reception in central Pennsylvania. I kept the guests entertained for five hours as they mingled and danced. I was so busy that, not only did not get the chance to greet and congratulate the newlyweds, it was nearly eleven o’clock at night when I realized that I was only scheduled until ten o’clock. It was alright though, as I was so enthralled with the joy and excitement of the evening that I didn’t want to stop being a part of it all.
