Sharing Talents and Giving Thanks
Woodworking is a little foreign to me, but I’m always up for a challenge. So, when the renovation of our summer kitchen was completed, I could think of no better way to thank the project’s foreman, Scott from Ebersole Brothers in Mount Joy, than giving him a piece of custom art created by myself.
Using digital design, I was able to create Scott’s crafty caricature and transfer it to wood and build a construction, in colors that matched our little house. While it took several attempts and revisions to get it just right, I was thankful to be able to give this gift and explore new, creative means.
Here is the renovation.
